Priscilla Dygert
Priscilla Dygert received her Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, NY. She is licensed by New York State. Priscilla has extensive experience working in the acute care hospital setting, long term care and private practice with a variety of conditions, including neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, wound care, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Priscilla has brought these skills and applied them to the field of pediatrics, working with children from birth to age 3 since 2001. She has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses, such as Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, gross motor delay, genetic disorders, and sensory integration disorders. As a member of APTA, Priscilla has a strong desire to continue learning new skills through continuing education opportunities.
Michael Wilkosz
Michael Wilkosz received his Bachelor of Science degree from Utica College in 2000 and is licensed in the State of New York to practice physical therapy. He has vast experience working with children in early intervention, pre-school, and school age settings. Michael has participated in continuing education courses to further his knowledge in NDT Treatment for Infants as well as Sensory Integration and Self-Regulation. Other trainings have focused on Developmental Coordination Disorder/Dyspraxia, Making the Most of Natural Learning Opportunities in Early Intervention, Brain Dance, and Applied Behavioral Analysis. He currently performs evaluations and treatments for children in both Oneida and Herkimer County. Michael’s work experience includes pediatric diagnoses of but not limited to: Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism, psychomotor retardation, hydrocephalus, agenesis of corpus callosum, metabolic disorders, Rett syndrome, and arthrogryposis.
Jessie Potter
Jessie Potter received her Master's degree in physical therapy from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. She later went on to receive her Doctorate in physical therapy from Utica College. She is licensed to practice physical therapy by the State of New York. Jessie has extensive experience working in the acute care hospital setting with a variety of conditions, including neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, wound care, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Jessie has brought these skills and applied them to the field of pediatrics, working with children from birth to age 5. She has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses, such as Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, gross motor delay, genetic disorders, and sensory integration disorders.
Kerri Cook
Kerri Cook received her Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Daemen College and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Utica College. She is licensed to practice in New York State. She has extensive experience working in both the early intervention and preschool settings, and performs evaluations for both Early Intervention and Preschool in Oneida and Herkimer County. She also teaches at Utica College in the transitional DPT program. She has extensive continuing education in the area of sensory integration including oral motor treatment, and is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner. Other areas of training include Thera Togs and Total Motion Release for Tots. She has specialized experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders in an ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) setting, as well as children with a variety of diagnoses including but not limited to; cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, prematurity, brain anomalies, muscular dystrophy and spina bifida. Kerri is currently the Physical Therapy Supervisor/Mentor at CTN's Oneida office.
