Janet Gibbons received her Bachelors degree and her Masters degree from Syracuse University. She is licensed by New York State and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. She specializes in working with children from infancy to age 5 years with receptive/ expressive language concerns, articulation/ phonology disorders and oral-motor or feeding/swallowing concerns. She has experience working with a variety of conditions and syndromes including but not limited to Down's syndrome, Trisomy 18, Hemifacial Microsomia, and Pierre Robin sequence. In addition, she has worked with children with cleft palates, cerebral palsy, tracheostomies, feeding tubes and apraxia.
