Deborah received her undergraduate degree at Suny Geneseo where she did a concentration in preschool development. Deborah completed her graduate degree in Child Development at Syracuse University. She is permanently certified in Special Education in New York State. Deborah spent over ten years as a classroom teacher at the Early Education Program at Main Street School. Deborah is experienced in the area of interdisciplinary communication and collaboration. She also prides herself on helping parents cope with typical and more challenging parenting dilemmas. All of Deborah's twenty years of teaching experience have been with the birth-five population, including,but not limited to, children with Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, extreme prematurity, and general developmental delays.
