Debra received her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Utica College and her Masters degree from Boston University. While pursuing her Masters Degree she participated in a university affiliated fellowship program at the Eunice Kennedy Shriver Center in Waltham, Massachusetts, specializing in pediatrics. Debra has worked in Oneida, Onondaga and Madison counties. She has provided both diagnostic and therapeutic services to infants, preschoolers and school-aged children with a wide array of motor, sensory and learning needs. Debra has several pediatric certifications including, neurodevelopmental treatment certification, therapeutic listening certification and certification in the former Southern California Sensory Integration test (SCSIT). She also began the process for certification in the new Sensory Integration Praxis test (SIPT). Debra has formerly been an adjunct instructor at Utica College and has presented several lectures locally to college students and professional staff. Debra is currently the Occupational Therapy supervisor at Children’s Therapy Network.
